The Silverback SB54 and SB60, our premier in-ground basketball hoops, feature a tempered glass backboard and powder-coated steel pole offering the performance of a gymnasium-style goal. These basketball goals offer a revolutionary anchor bolt mounting system allowing you the option to unbolt and relocate your system for those who move homes. The SB54 and SB60 use a crank actuator to adjust the goal from the NBA and NCAA regulation height of 10 feet to the safety-approved height of 7.5 feet. The SB54 comes complete with a backboard pad to supply protection right through lay-ups and a break-away rim that flexes under pressure right through a dunk. The SB60 includes a backboard and pole pad. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty, the Silverback SB54 and SB60 take hoops to the next level.

The system features a sturdy 3.5-inch diameter, in-ground pole with an all-steel actuator that offers precise height adjustments from 7 to 10.5 feet. The 48 by 30-inch tempered glass backboard is suspended over the pole with two-feet of overhang so that you’ve got quite a few playing area under the board. Dunk-able, the backboard is built tough with an internal steel frame for strength and the system comes with a breakaway rim in addition to backboard pads and a pole pad for player safety.

Built to last, the SB48IG Basketball System carries a five-year limited warranty that includes all non-wearing components including the backboard glass. The system is built with zinc coated hardware to thrust back the elements and the pole is weather-proofed with DuPont powder coating above the ground and DuPont Corrosion Armor below the ground for total corrosion and rust protection.
